Choosing a program
How do I choose the right program?
Admissions helps you choose a level of care first, and then a program built for your situation if one fits.
Level of care
We offer every level of care for mental health and addiction, including detox, inpatient, outpatient, and virtual care. You start where you need to and step down as you make progress.
Who it is for
We have programs built for teens, couples, college students, LGBTQ+ clients, and longshoremen, plus EVE maternal wellness and a faith-based Christian track. Your condition is treated within whichever program you join.

When to consider it
Where should I start?
Choose the starting point that matches the main reason you're looking for help, and admissions can take it from there.
- If you need care for depression, anxiety or trauma, start with mental health.
- If drinking, drug use or withdrawal is why you are calling, start with addiction.
- If you are calling about your child, start with teen treatment.
- If you and a partner want to be assessed together, start with couples rehab.
- If you want faith to be part of your treatment, start with the Christian track.
- If you want to read about a method such as CBT or EMDR, start with therapies.
Call 988 or 911 first if
- Someone is in immediate danger.
- Someone is thinking about suicide right now.
- Someone needs emergency medical care.
If there is immediate danger, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room. For a mental health crisis, call or text 988.

With your permission, we contact your insurer and find out what your plan covers.
You hear what it means
Admissions explains your deductible, your copay and which level of care your plan supports, in plain terms.

Insurance for every program
What you pay depends on your deductible, your copay and the level your insurer approves. Admissions checks your benefits with the insurer and tells you the figures before you decide anything.
We're in network with most insurance plans. If your plan isn't listed, call us and we'll check it for you.

Common questions about our programs
If your question is not answered here, call admissions at (714) 862-1907.
Do I have to know the level before I call?
No. Tell admissions how your week has been, and they will suggest a level. You can ask questions or disagree.
Where would I go for treatment?
Admissions will tell you where and how you'd attend after talking with you, and you can join many programs by video.
Not sure which program fits? Call admissions
You do not need to know the right name for anything. Tell admissions what is happening, and they will point you to a program and a level.
