About Enhance Health Group
Enhance Health Group offers mental health and addiction treatment for adults, teens, and couples, led by a licensed clinical team. We’re based in Tustin and accredited by The Joint Commission.
How we work
Your safety comes first, and then we plan treatment around your goals
Our clinicians treat depression, anxiety, trauma and PTSD, bipolar disorder, personality disorders, schizoaffective disorder, eating disorders and substance use.
If you’re in crisis, our first job is to help you get safe. After that, we build your treatment plan around the goals you choose for your life.
Evidence-based therapy
Our therapists use CBT, DBT, REBT, and EMDR, which are therapies backed by published clinical research.
Qualified clinicians
Your therapy is led by master’s and doctorate-level clinicians, and our medical and clinical directors oversee each plan.
In person or online
Individual, group and family sessions run in person or online, so treatment can fit around work, school and home.
Confidential
Everything you share in treatment stays confidential between you and your clinical team.

The people who lead care at Enhance
A physician medical director and a licensed clinical director lead our clinical team and oversee every treatment plan.
Our leadership team also includes the program directors of Embrace Treatment Center, which provides our detox, and Eden by Enhance, where our residential care takes place.
